If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS

  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us with the issue or problem of your item within 3 days after receiving the item.
  • If any item/s do no meet return requirements they will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
  • All items considered final sale will not be accepted for a return.
  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it.
  • Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, or deodorant.
  • The item needs to have the invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Item must be unworn.
  • Item must have all tags.
  • Item must be on the original packaging. 
  • A copy of your invoice must be sent back with the item.
  • Item must be unaltered and free of damage by the customer
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Discounted items/using promo code
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Dresses

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
  • If a costumer has return 2 or more separate order/s within a 6 month period they will not longer be eligible for more  returns until 6 more months.

REFUNDS

  • Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
